What idiot is in charge of the government anyway?
In order to protect and save all of us from terrorists, the Department of Homeland Security has issued an entire series of warning signs. The signs are available through the Be Informed link on the government's ready.gov website.
But like all government projects, this has gone askew. The warning signs are an absurdity of confusing and ambiguous shapes and forms. In fact, no one outside the government knows what the damn signs mean!
Dallas lawyer Bob Kraft in his blog Bob Kraft's P.I.S.S.D, recently posted his attempt to interpret these warning signs, which is one of the funniest items I've seen recently. Just CLICK HERE.
(By the way, Bob's blog stands for "Personal Injury, Social Security Disability" -- what else would you think?)
I'm not sure whether to laugh because this is funny, or be scared because someone in the government responsible for protecting us from terrorists actually thinks that these signs make sense.
Thanks for the mention Steve. I should have made it clear though, that I did NOT come up with these clever ideas myself. I stole this from somewhere, and now I can't remember where I got it.
