Famous Trials is a website which puts together every element of the most famous trials in history, including transcripts,  evidence, photos, maps, news coverage and biographies of the leading figures.

The website is the work of Douglas Linder at the University of Missouri -- Kansas City Law School. Professor Linder, who has served as a visiting professor at I.U. Law School - Bloomington, has put together a truly remarkable site.  If you have any interest in legal history, or are just curious, take a look!
