A front page article in the June 7 issue of the Indianapolis Star reported on the United States Supreme Court decision in Gonzales v Raich thwarting state laws that attempt to legalize medicinal use of marijuana. But inside on page A7 is a related article reporting on Congressman Barney Frank's proposed federal legislation which would allow states to legalize medicinal marijuana use.
Here's how the Star reported it:
"Frank said he didn't have high hopes that his bill would pass . . ."
What other kind of hopes would he have for marijuana legislation?

Marijuana has many uses but the most common is like a drug once used as medicine but this has changed.

Interesting topic but I think that the topic of Medical Marijuana need to be more studied and find the negative and positive characteristics.
